Settings

Your choices, such as which device’s camera to use and whether to copy photos to the clipboard, are stored only on your Mac.

Purchases

The free trial and the one-time purchase are handled by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. Apple’s handling of purchase information is described in the Apple Privacy Policy.

Crash reports and App Store statistics

SnapCap contains no analytics, advertising or tracking code. If you choose to share analytics with app developers in macOS settings, Apple may send us crash reports and anonymous usage statistics. Apple also gives us aggregated App Store numbers, such as downloads and sales, that do not identify you.

When you contact us

If you email us, for example with Help › Send Feedback… in SnapCap, we receive your email address, your message, and the SnapCap and macOS versions that the app adds to the email. We use them only to reply and to fix problems. We do not share them with anyone. You can ask us to delete your emails at any time.

Children

SnapCap does not collect information from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date above.
